PIFNAC => NASHP/CASHP tasks registration

To create a new task, bug or feature for NASHP / CASHP boards:

 

  1. Open NAC IT Business Requests board

  1. Choose adequate category

 

For our team it will be NASHP-specific requests for Shopify Enfamil USA changes or
CASHP-specific requests for Shopify Enfamil Canada.

For Enfamil US you need to fill in such mandatory fields:

.Request Sponsor: malvika.jaggi@reckitt,com

Entity Code for x charge r: USA ; 00111 ;

.Cost Center: 9111171

.Business Unit: Nutrition

 

So, it looks like this on the form:

 

And press send. The PIFNAC request is registered.

 

  1. Now you need to create NASHP ticket, it will be done semi-automatically.

Just click on the PIFNAC issue you see at the top of a bread crump after registration of a PIFNAC.

Change the status from Open to Opportunity and NASHP ticket will be generated
To process request you just need to add manually 2 fields

T-Shirt size: choose XS, S or M based on your prediction,
usually we have S or M tickets that can be done in one sprint

click Process Request and a new NASHP is created, you can see it in the linked issues
